We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely collection of customer payments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and assist in collection efforts.
• Process credit card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Post customer payments including checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and closing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and support customer inquiries.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / Associate’s degree in related field Preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
